Who has access to personal information?
Axion may share your information with affiliated companies and its agents and service providers, located inside or outside your country of residence in order to provide Axion with services, within the scope of the purposes specified above. Our affiliates, agents and third party vendors who have access to Personal Data collected through the Axion Sites will be required to protect your privacy, comply with legal obligations and respect contractual safeguards.
Axion may also share your information with government agencies and entities, regulatory authorities, or other persons, as required by law, regulation, judicial order, or official request, applicable to us, and for the purposes set forth in the guidelines and guidance provided by regulatory or other authorities, or similar processes under applicable law.

How do we protect personal data?
Axion has taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures in order to protect your Personal Data, as collected by Axion through the Axion Sites, from destruction, loss, modification, misuse, disclosure or unauthorized, accidental or unlawful access, as well as from all other unlawful forms of processing.
All personnel who have access to Personal Data are required to comply with internal rules and procedures relating to the processing of your Personal Data in order to protect it and ensure its confidentiality. What rights does the data subject have?
Every data subject has the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object as well as - where applicable - the right to data portability. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)). You may revoke at any time the consent given to us to process your personal data. Please note that revocation has no retroactive effect.
